Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to your order history to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original box with all hardware and manuals included.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
